Flash Charge Support
Support information for Flash Charge, an interactive charging-illusion and visual performance app for iPhone.
Getting Started
Open Flash Charge, configure the simulated Lock Screen, choose a charging style, and select the performance mode you want to use before beginning a presentation.
Performance Modes
- Power: uses the device charging state to trigger the performance flow when a charger is connected or disconnected.
- Touch: uses the hidden trigger area on the simulated Lock Screen to begin the effect.
- Pad/Lift: combines the hidden trigger with on-device motion detection to complete the effect when the iPhone is lifted.
Appearance and Languages
Flash Charge includes multiple charging styles and customizable Lock Screen elements such as the clock, date, carrier text, wallpaper, and status area. The app supports English, Russian, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.
Troubleshooting
- Make sure Flash Charge is updated to the latest available version.
- If Pad/Lift does not respond as expected, confirm that Motion access is allowed for Flash Charge in iOS Settings.
- If a Touch trigger does not respond, confirm that the selected performance mode is Touch and try the configured trigger area again.
- For Power mode, confirm that the iPhone detects the charger connection normally.
- If an issue persists, restart Flash Charge and try the setup again.
Important
Flash Charge creates a visual charging illusion. It does not increase the actual charging speed or change the real battery level of your iPhone.
